Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026

This is a starter template, not a finished legal document. Have it reviewed by an attorney before relying on it — especially for state-specific requirements.

1. Information We Collect

When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and date of birth (to verify you meet our age requirement). When you make a deposit, our payment processor collects and handles your payment details directly — we never see or store your full card, bank account, or Cash App/Chime credentials ourselves.

We also keep a record of your coin balances, purchases, redemption requests, and in-app activity (such as game sessions and support tickets) as part of operating your account and maintaining an audit trail.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to operate your account, process deposits and redemptions, verify your identity and eligibility, provide customer support, communicate with you about your account, and detect and prevent fraud.

3. Who We Share It With

We share information with: payment processors, to complete your deposits; our third-party game platform providers, to link and sync your play account; and law enforcement or regulators, where required by law. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or data brokers.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and transaction records for as long as your account is active and for a period afterward as required for legal, tax, and regulatory recordkeeping — even if you close your account, your transaction history is preserved as an audit trail rather than deleted.

5. Your Rights

You can review and update your profile information from your account settings at any time. To request a copy of your data, or ask a question about how it's handled, contact support (see below).

6. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards (encrypted connections, access controls on internal tools, and audited admin actions) to protect your information, but no system is 100% secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.
